This individual will have a variety of duties and responsibilities related to administrative and support other departments ( Human resource, Proposal management, Accounts ).
The Receptionist/ Coordinator will be a resource that members of the Management Team can leverage on an ad hoc basis for various tasks.
This position requires a person who can work independently and with minimal supervision. Possesses the ability to read and interpret technical guides, policies, and procedures. • Demonstrates taking ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by courageously dealing with important problems, holding others accountable and standing up for what is right
• High energy level, experienced client/customer service skills
• Gathering reports from employees and building relationship, understanding their challenges
• One to two years of administrative experience
• Experience with Human resource activities is preferred
• Experience with accounting is preferred
• Working with third party vendors
• Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of the internet and email
