Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overall office coordination of company staff, premises, fleet and supplies.


• Respond accurately and courteously to incoming customer requests for Maintenance and Service (including phone calls, emails, correspondence and after-hours voicemails, etc.).
• Coordinate service response with technicians.
• Coordinate daily technician schedules and customer POC’s for routine maintenance.
• Update M&S database and Field Service Reports as required.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual revenue stream.
• Generate M&S contract and T&M Service invoicing.
• Receive all materials, document and stage for installation and service projects.
• Daily administrative duties as assigned. Customer correspondence, reports for management, etc.
• Adhere to company attendance and punctuality standards.
• Inform Upper Management and or team leaders of possible items to be aware of or potential and specific problems from customer inquiries. Take the initiative and offer assistance when the need is evident. Offer any suggestions that might be helpful to department processing improvements
• Perform related duties as assigned or as situations dictate.


Required knowledge, skills, abilities:
• College degree is preferred and 5 years’ equivalent work experience.
• Security clearance is not mandatory but candidate must able to pass a national background check.
• Have a good working knowledge of Government contracting practices.
• Willing to learn the company products and services available.
• Have very effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle people and control conversations.
• Ability to accept responsibility for organizing assignments and workflow.
• Flexibility not only in work schedules, but also in adapting to changes in procedures and guidelines.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• MS Office and PC literate a must.
• Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
• Spanish language abilities a plus but not a requirement.
• Military background preferred but not a requirement.
