Danfoss is looking for a Sales & Distribution Business Specialist, who wants to participate in the roll in of our new SAP template within the areas of customer master, pricing, order management, scheduling and order confirmation, logistic execution, billing and reverse logistics across Danfoss. Working in the Sales & Distribution team, your main tasks and responsibilities will include being the “face”of the template during roll in, embody the template, explaining how the template supports the business needs, configuring the template, participating in fit/gap workshop and a lot more.

The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg, Germany. This is a position that will support the site locations for Danfoss in North America; however, there will be significant travel to Germany (about 50%).

Background And Skills

For the position, you need to have solid experience in business consulting from similar positions, e.g. as business consultant from a Consultancy or a super user from similar role within the business.

Strong SAP competences
To possess great communication skills, which enables you to build and develop strong relationships, and to communicate your results in a clear and concise manner.
To be a good listener and one who takes initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
Possess the necessary drive in combination with a strong fact-based approach to your tasks.
The ability to performing in a changing and international working environment.
Proficiency in English – both verbally and in writing.
