We want to incorporate an ANALYST into our team for our Human Resources Department
PLACE OF WORK: TALARA
AREA: COMPENSATIONS AND MANAGEMENT STAFF
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional with studies of: Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP – HCM module
- Intermediate or advanced English level (indispensable)
- Labor legislation.
- Office tools advanced level
- Experience in the Attendace Control process.
- Experience in the payroll process.
- Experience in development of statistics
- Driver's license: A1
FUNCTIONS:
- To execute the Attendance Control process and to verify results.
- To execute the payroll process (first fortnight, monthly payroll, CTS, Gratifications, Liquidation of BBSS, Vacations, advances, intern, etc.) and to verify results.
- To execute all post-payroll processes: accounting, AFP Payment, Presentation of PLAME and other reports.
- Update Attendance Control and Payroll statistics.
- Responsible for the induction and re induction process.
- Responsible Provide support in the execution of the other processes of the department.
