All Distributions Corp. is looking for a determined individual to join our team as a Sales and Admirative Assistant to the President in Doral, FL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Report directly to the company President

Liaison across logistics, sales, and sourcing departments

Correspond with suppliers and customers


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related

Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience

Critical thinking and problem solving

Ability to work independently and with others

Excellent interpersonal skills

Capable of following directions

Be able to work under time constraints

Prioritize daily functions

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
