CORP - Global Business & Document Services - Operation Supervisor / La Lomota, DO

- Responsible for: Chile, Colombia Peru and Caribbean offices
- Control and supervision of services related with: Printing, Record Management, Car Management, Customs and Documents Distribution.
- Providing Customer Service to internal client on above mentioned services
- Team Lead of 5 messengers: ensuring the group fulfils all its obligations, trainings etc.
- Vendor management: invoice processing, control of vendors´ s service performance against contract terms, claims & problem resolution, safeguarding proper process execution
- Creation of metrics and reporting
- Support on implementation of new services and projects
- Escalation of local issues to Regional Manager
- Creation and implementation of new processes
- Excel
